directory opus messed me up; i need to restore window explorer

i made a mistake of installing directory opus n made the option of having that as the default instead of ms window explorer; so after it locked me out , i managed to uninstall it but now everytime i start my computer, window explorer doesnt get launched, but instead other programs (paintshop pro, acdsee, etc...) does anyone know how to fix that ?

Right click on start button, click on explore, click on tools then options, go through each option clicking on retore default.
