Problem with ENCARTA 2003 *help plz*
hi guys
i have windows xp pro .
im seem to be having a problem running Encarta 2003. i have installed all the encarta cds onto my harddrive and whilst i am navigating encarta -after about 3-5mins , i get an error message ' Encarta 2003 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.' and asks me to whether i want to send the error report or not!"!" and then closes down.
i had the same problem with Encarta 2002. anybody know why does this happen?

Taking the easy way out .....
Error, no keyboard - press F1 to continue.
I think this is a problem of Encarta itself or IE6 which Encarta uses heaviliy and has nothing to do with your configuration.
I also have had this behaviour from time to time (not very often) with Encarta 2002 and 2003.
(I'm still using 98SE...)
i used both 2002 and 2003 on windows xp but no problems what so ever.
