JPG Printer driver?
Does anyone knows more programs like Miraplacid Publisher 3.1
that print to JPG or BMP files?

Why not print to pdf. Much more flexible.
FinePrint 2000
If you want to print to a JPEG file, you can use FinePrint 2000.
