      sp1/xp

      gretz,all
      well where might the dog find a fix for sp1
      i've tried but it locked up my machine need a fix for sp1
      please advise

      If you are using Corpfiles or an illegal key...it looks like Billy Boy has you by the nads! Either WPA (Windows Product Activation) got you or you have one of many new bugs introduced in XP SP1.

      Sadly you have only two choices. format c:\ or if you made a restore point before XP SP1 was installed...then go back to that restore point.

      SP1 is just not woth all the hassels my friend. Check out this internal thread and look at my posting on page two. Look for this months addendum about SP1. It should answer all your questions about SP1.

      ok thanks for the info
      i do have a original version i purchased
      but i'll be damn if i go and register like they at M$
      would like dont think so
      also did they embed any code to try and stop the blues list keygen HEHEHEHE :>)
      dxkim by the way i locked the machine up the first time
      by using what is now known to be a bad fix
      my fault
      but anyways was trying to try another fix but i'm having no luck
      as of yet
