I use Imesh and find it does a good job. Having said that, I must also tell you I don't often look for or download current tunes, mostly 50s, 60s, and 70s rock and roll.

I'm on 56k and found that iMesh is quite reliable. I get good download speeds but not near the search results as KaZaA.
