      Unhappy us robotics modem an wixp pro?

      have a us robotics 56k winmodem pci
      product # 3cp5699a
      need a driver that will work with it an xp pro as well???

      Hi bud, the easiest way to check for updated drivers is through your device manager.Find your modem and click update driver.If you have an internet connection it will do the search for you.

      do you have the win xp driver files?

      Lots of help they are,fire off an email to them somehow.They are the only ones that can make it work...Either that, or get a modem that will work with XP.Or go to another OS Like Win2K pro.That kind of support is lousy for such a large company!
