Unhappy LiteOn 32023

I recently started recieving this message when trying to burn with Nero 6.3.0.3 U.E.:

The disc you inserted is not empty while the writing mode of your compilation is 'Start Multisession' or 'No Multisession'. Please note that information already on the disc can no longer be accessed using Windows Explorer. Should Nero procedd with writing to the disc?

*NOTE* The CDR was brand NEW!

I also cant seem to burn in any other program. The only thing that I have changed is I removed my Audigy Soundcard and placed my old Soundblaster Live! card back in. This was lastnight. When I woke up today, I was no longer able to burn CDs. I have reformatted my computer since this started happening and the problem still exists and nothing I do seems to change it.

My Computer is a "GATEWAY" (to hell) with a P4-2ghz with 1gbram the LiteOn mentioned and a generic DVDrom.

Any suggestions anyone?

Hi BaBa420, Welcome to our forum!

uninstall InCD (if installed) and disable XP's IMAPI (http://www.dvdrbase.com/showthread.php?t=32137)
