New firmware available for LG GSA-4081B

Both the Canadian and US LG support sites have firmware updates available for the LG GSA-4081B. They only posted info on these drives in the past 2 weeks on the US site. I bought it at NewEgg about a month ago and the only info about it was on the Canadian site. I am not happy with the software (BHA Gold and NeoDVD) that came with it. I also tried Pinnacle Studio 8 and it was only slightly better. Since I bought Nero 6 Platinum and updated it, I have been successful burning DVD-Rs that I created from video capture (MPEG2 using AverMedia EZDVD Maker PCI) from a Hi-8 camcorder. It has DVD-RAM, which works, but I haven't found a use for yet. I am using Platinum DVD-R 4X (Bencole) media. I made a lot of (5)coasters until I bought Nero. Luckily, this media is about $0.80 a disc and I bought a spindle of 25.
