Liteon and Nero

I just burned two bin / cue's in Nero 5.5.6.4 by selecting the cue in the file menu

I used 12x cheap cd's but I noticed Nero still said it burned it at 24x

I noticed the Buffer underun stayed at a constant 98 percent. The writing was at 24x 3.600 but the Recorder Buffer Level / Status kept going back and forth from 100 percent to 22 more or less all the way through the hole image



Is this normal

Also Nero detects the drive as having SMART - BURN

Dont use Nero much so not sure on first question but Smart Burn is Liteons version of burnproof so no probs there.
