Should i keep my 2 cdrw on my pc?

Just want to ask you guys with experience. Right now i have 2 cdrw, one is Sony CRX140E and Liteon 24x, and Pioneer DVD. I was wondering should i leave 2 cdrw or should i take the sony one to my other computer? Is it bad to have 2 devices on one IDE channel?

      oh
My dvd and my liteon 24x is on the same ide channel just because i want to use my sony cdrw in case i want to do on the fly copy. My dvd cannot read subdata codes, but i have copied several audio cds on the fly between the liteon 24x and my dvd rom and it works fine.

cool thnx for the comments. But i decided to remove my sony since every sony could do, liteon do better and more. I putted on my sister's computer so i could burn stuffs with having interruptions in my computer. I think that would be better anyway. What do you guys think?

so what you saying is that sony can do safedisc 2 and catus data?
But don't DVD rom can bypass that audio protection right? I heard the news somewhere saying dvd can bypass it.

always put the dvd as primary master and hdd as primary slave, then the writer as secondary master ......hence no problems because of full width given to all items and writing on fly no problem.......hope this helps
      it works for me!
