      ESCD 5 Platinum

      I have my own business

I have been having a lot of problems, the burner works good at the beginning, after a few weeks the customer burns music cd and after burning 2 songs it comes up with an error.

Why is this happening? Its happenning to a lot of burners I installed

    2. Hi Marchio...
This is one of the easiest problems whit cd burning there is....
      The problem is EcCd
You should install Vob instant cd+dvd instead.Or atleast Nero.
If your bound to EcCd go for 3.0 instead. But everything called EcCd above 3.5 stinks.

"after a few weeks the customer burns music cd and after burning 2 songs it comes up with an error. "

A new PC with ANY burn prog should NOT work ok for 2
weeks and *then* have problems. Or are you saying...
"After using the new PC for 2 weeks *then* they try to
burn a CDR and get errors?"

If this is the case, it sounds like they are trying to burn
'on the fly' and are getting 'Buffer underuns'.

Or, are you saying "they burn CDRs ok for 2 weeks *then*
      have a problem"?

This sounds like a 'temp folder' prob to me. They need to
      clear all 'temp' 'cache' stuff.

If you are selling NEW PCs with XP installed, I SERIOUSLY
recommend you sell them with NTI Pro. This prog is as easy
to use as Roxio and is as stable as the old Nero 5.0******
      series.

ADVANCED users may want to try VOB and the miriad of other
options available but, if you are SELLING NEW PCs to LAMERS
with XP pre-installed, use NTI! You will have MANY less 'service'
      calls.

      Good luck!

      }---:)
