      cant burn!!

      ppl.,
      i need help!!
      for more then 2 weeks i cant burn. using 2 difrentes cdr .( yamaha sczi nad hp 8200 usb.)
      here is my conf:
      PIII 800
      450 ram
      MOtheboard -abit be6
      Os -win2k server.
      aspi for win2k is install.
      using nero 5.5.5.1,cdr win3.8,ez cd 4.02,
      in most of the cases i get an succsus meassege, only while inserting the media to the cdr or another cd rom, i am getting-" please insert a cd rom "
      i already re-format and instal OS on a new IBM Hd.
      still same ****.
      can someone please advice??
