What is the best Utility for...

-unpackin/decoding windows self-extracting exe's or installshield packages

-i been tryin a few offa one of them hacker sites, and none of em work real good

-i have a whole bunch of installshield ESD software programs that i would like to unpack to a folder so that i can burn a real looking cd instead of jus having a cd wit one file on it...

Microsoft .cab files have nothing in common with Installshield ones

-yeah sir, i am quite aware of this, btw i use ZipMagic 4.0 ... does all the archiving tasks i need

-but this is what i am tryin to do

-i have a few programs (graphics, etc.) that are ESD (electronic software distribution) they are single file Installshield exe's

-i want to make "real looking" cd backups that have maybe autorun, data1.cab, setup.exe..etc

-what i wanna do is unpack the programs files to a folder on my sytem and burn an actual cd

-i have tried several of the utilities that say they will unpack and i can't find one that actually works

-i tried at least 20 different command line progs and none of 'em work

-if anyone have done what i am trying to do and has a workin program, please let me know
