Since I am having so much trouble trying to get Nero to work, I downloaded CD Clone and have two questions about it as follows:

What is an image file? I don't seem to have any on my hard drive.

Is it possible to drop and drag or save data from files on harddrive to CD with CD Clone? I cant seem to do it and appears you can't, unless it's related to an image file. If not can you recommend a good drop and drag program other than Nero or adaptec's Easy CD? Something a non-expert could use.
