Is there anybody having a working NTI FileCD (bundled with NTI CD-Maker 2000) with Windows XP?

I tried to launch it and it reports something like load error.

And when I update to the latest version (5.1.3), the whole FileCD was removed!!

But then I saw a link on the NTI website to download the "trial" version of the FileCD 2.0 ... new version I suppose ... I downloaded it and it works ... but will expire in 10 days.

Since I own the original version of CD-Maker, can't the guys at NTI let me upgrade to FileCD 2.0 for free???
