      need help with clonecd

when i try burning playstation games now with my clonecd it said something about error no sense in hardware or something. I could burn games with my old burner. I have a HP 9700 and I can burn psx games on Nero. How come I can't burn psx games on clonecd anymore? I'm also on winxp pro.

Hi bud.what version are you using? You have a newer burner. It might not be supported yet.I'll check the Elby page.

Okay bud, checked the Clone site it is supported. It does not do correct EFM encoding for SD2(you probably know).Aws is needed for Sd2.

It should do Psx no trouble, unless it is a buggy version of Clone. Also look for newer firmware.

Just read this post again. The no sense error can be contributed to bad media. Try slowing down the write with the media you are using. If it writes then, your media is the culprit.

Also enable DMA for the writer if supported.

Strange that it burns okay with Nero, and not Clone cd.
