Hi bud.Got to the file menu in Nero.Click on preferences, and go to the expert features tab.You enable it there if your burner is capable of overburning.

When in the Expert Features of Nero and you tick the Overburn box, what time in min did you enter in the box as max size?

What size of CD are you using (74min or 80min) and what size is the file your trying to burn?

Okay, many burner that can overburn, cannot overburn beyond the 80 min mark.

They can overburn 74min CD's only.

Try burning the 717m file in Mode2 format, it might just fit on without actually overburning.
