alcholer install problem

Hello all
I installed Alcohol last week but was unsure about the settings
so when i read about alcholer thought my problems were solved
I have downloaded it twice from diffrent sources
both times after it installed i get the following error message.

A required DLL was not found
GDIPLUS.DLL was not found

Has anyone got a sugestion to solve this problem.
I searched the HD for the missing file not there.
Is this file part of alcohol or alcholer or clonyxxl.
