      Cool Backup cd

      Hello,

      Is there a way to make a backup-cd of my game Harry Potter 2 ?
      I did try it whit Clone and Blindwrite, head now sukses.
      My writer is a Philips 48p and reader is olso a Philps.

      Philips 48p is useless for backing up safedisk 2 titles (like the one in mind)- even with weak sector amplification aid.

      Note: If scarecrow is right about your burner's capabilities (and he almost certainly is), you'll have to be satisfied with an emu copy.

      @ stone_burner: have heard the same complaints about this particular burner at another forum, and they are verified at Elby database where this one features with zero sheeps (of course this info may not be accurate, but facts suggest it is).
      I can vaguely recall about another Philips 48-series burner which has limited SD2 successes with AWS on, but on the other hand is not RAW+96 capable.

      Yup. SuperBeast could give it a try using alcohol with Bypass efm error checked but it probably won't work with a 0 sheeper..

      Best bet for him is an emu copy with ccd using emulate weak sectors. That copy will work so long as ccd is on the system and hide cdr media is activated before playing.
