best PS2 modchip

What is the best PS2 mod chip out there? I am looking for a mod chip that requires no swaping and can play DVD-r backups. And and one that requires less solder points. I also have a question, if you have a no swap mod chip, can you directly use those memory cards ,like the interact mem cards, that require you to have to use the memory manager to use them? Oh yeah and which one cost less.

The best modchip would probably be the DMS3 v2.0, but if you're looking for a good all around modchip that's also cheap then the DUO is the way to go. It has less solder points than the messiah. and is no swap.
