my ps2 wont play dvd games but plays cd ones the dvd discs dont spin very fast when i put them in and its says disc read error, i have fitted a new eject ribbon and it is since then that is going wrong,but i have checked connections and the obvious stuff and im pretty sure it isnt something ive damaged whlie changing the ribbon,there are a few mentions on the net to adjust the laser height via the little white cog but this hasnt worked
