      Mod Troubleshooting?

      Does anyone know where I can get some help on why my PS2 is not working with a modchip in it? I have a PS2 version7 with Messiah Pro 2 in it. It will not boot anything except DVD based games. I have to disable the chip or it will not boot anything else.

      Check that ALL the points are soldered in properly.

      Rechecked all the soldered points. They look good. Does it matter what gauge wire? I used 24 gauge for the back of the board and 28/30 gauge (wire that came with the chip) for the rest.

      Well I was going to post my v7 messiah 2 truble but the water looks cold.
      oh well, mine doesent do anything but ask for language and time, then disk error. stuck in Idaho w/no installers. just cas your a welder dont meen your an installer.
