How can I copy DVD-9 playstation 2 disc?

Is anybody know how can I copy DVD-9 playstation 2 disc (like metal Gear Solid 2) ?

Like how you need to a) rip out parts of the game or b) use a pre-created rip-kit for DVD5 based games to scale them down to <650MB (DVD-Rips), you need to do something similar for DVD9 to DVD5.

At the moment the only 2 DVD9 games that can be ripped are MGS Substance and Xenegosa.
