Well now that the v9 units are out on the market modding them is an issue. I'd like to know if anyone has or knows some1 with a modded v9 plz post. I'd like to know what modchip is compatible with the v9. (SCPH-50001). Thanks.
My buddy charlie_ps2 has a modded v9 (Messiah 2 v1.31 production chip). There is one small problem with this chip/model something to do with booting DVDs and it needs to be done from standby mode - or something like that
I do know that the new upgraded Messiah 2 v1.32's should be out in around a months time that resolve this problem.

I sent charlie_ps2 a pm but didn't get a reply so I decided to post a new thread here. I've heard a DMS3 supports a V9 im still not sure if that's true or not.
