      Question Nero 5540-waveEdit

      Hi Mates,
      I'm usin' Nero5.5.4.0 with WaveEdit. the question is :
      I open a MP3 file in "wave edit",then apply some effects(does'nt matter for my question) and the problem appears when I "save as" the file with .mp3 extension :
      1-the bitrate is 64k instead of 128k
      2-the sampling rate is 22khz instead of 44
      3-that means poor quality sound!!!
      4-don't understand why???
      Does some one has an idea?
