      Need help burning Audio cd

Used Audiograbber to suck contents of audio cd onto hard drive as .wav files. Audiograbber reported ops went ok. Ican play the files in Quicktime.

Then went to CD-R_Win... Record Disc... Load Tracks... Start Recording.
Went well... if I wanted static or white noise instead of music.

      Obviouslt, I missed something. What?
      TIA

and maybe try other (not the cheapest) brands of CDR
e.g. pokopiko prefer TDK Ultra Reflex

Am using name brand blanks that proved ok in past (about 200 made & no coasters) but cdrwin was not the burning proggie

Looks like this 'bad' cdrwin idea has merit.
How do I tell a bad cdrwin from a good one? Hope I don't have to make a coaster to test
      TIA
