You might give dBpowerAMP Music Converter r8 a try -
Its Freeware.
I haven't messed with ra in it yet, but I know there are plug-ins. Also plug-ins for ape, ogg, flac and a bunch more.

The app is at /***.dbpoweramp.com/

You can also grab the power pack and all the other add-ons, cuz you can get a multi-crack from cr*acks.am for them.

If that doesn't work, you could try ra2wav from /h**p://***.2bsys.com/Ra2Wav/index.htm
