Easy mp3 editing program

Hello everyone.

Hope that things are well.

I have a bunch of seminars on tape which have been converted to mp3 files. However, some of the mp3 are too big to fit onto a CD as such I was looking for a program which will easily (I am new to this):

1. combine all the files
2. allow me to cut the large file into segments
3. allow for indexing of the file so that I can skip to certain parts

Any help would be appreciated.
