      Post .......

I've used Native Instruments Traktor and it seemed to work o.k. - although i'm always comparing back to 'real' djing - but it was a good emulator of how you'd dj. i.e. very easy to get to grips with if you know your way around a pair of decks already.
People seem to mention PC-DJ Red as well, never used it though.

mixmeister pro or traktor would be the best choices. i tried bpm studio at first, but found it too awkward.

deft, what genre do you play most often?

Some of these DJ programs have been covered earlier... just hit the search button and type in the name of the program and see what you get for reviews from other people who have used it!

Broadly speaking i play just inbetween house and breaks. Techy grooves with strong basslines.

Hi. There are several DJ programs around and as NavySealer said the subject is well covered.

      Some of them are:

      Mix Meister Pro v4.01
      Native Instrunments Traktor DJ v1.12
      ALCATech BPM Studio Professional v4.6
      Visosonic/Numark PCDJ Red v5.1011
      Carrot Innovations Virtual Turntables v1.80
      DJ Master v3.01
      DJ Power v3.86g
      Megamix 98 Radio/Club/Club Pro Edition
Megamix 2000 Radio On Air/Club Pro Edition
      Atomix MP3 v2.1

I would highly recommend BPM Studio Pro v4.6 and PCDJ Red v5.1011 as they are flexible and easy to use (especially the PCDJ Red). They can both be combined with external serial controllers (you can hire the Numark DMC01 for the PCDJ) and make your life easier.
Download PCDJ Red 5.1011 UPDATE (NOT THE DEMO) from
_http://www.visiosonic.com and get a working licence code from _http://www.cracks.am). Good Luck with your party and mind that it may sometimes need to look how the program is going (I would not trust any automation software for a whole night without keeping an eye on it for any crashes as there may be at times you don't want or expect!).

Trust me they work. I checked it again yesterday to find if there was a newer vrsion of this prog. If for any reason it doesn't work for you, let me know and I will send you a working Licence Code.

I would highly recommend BPM Studio and PCDJ Red as they are flexible and easy to use, combining a lot of functions and features. Note that both progs can be connected with an external media controller. Good Luck.

IMHO Atomix mp3 is the best DJ program ever...
It is very very simple to use...
