"Rich Site Summary" is all i've seen for that file type, too. I think your best bet is to record it to wav or mp3 with total recorder.

I never tried before doing this, but I saw a program at the Mocosoft web site (_hxxp://w*w.paistortuga.com/~mocosoft/), called "Total Recorder", that could record everything it sounds in your PC and save as wav. It's not exactly what you're asking for (convert *.rss to *.wav) but perhaps it works.

This is the text at the Mocosoft web site (sorry but is in spanish)
      Total Recorder 4.0 1.21M
sonido y grabarlo posteriormente a formato Wav. Imprescindible.
