Question Help - How can I know the program trying to access internet?

I have installed Sygate Personal Firewall and I am getting crazy about it's messages.

I am asking everybodys help to know if someone can indicate a link to a page where I can know what is the program that is trying to access internet.
      For example, what program is:
      WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe?
      WINDOWS\System32\DRIVERS\ndisuio.sys?
      WINDOWS\System32\ntoskrnl.exe?
      WINDOWS\system32\?

Can I let it connect? Or not?

      Thanks

      You need this site- http://www.blackviper.com/
      http://www.blackviper.com/WinXP/service411.htm
That site seems to be giving me problems - my Windows is a bit flaky anyway, and I think I have another IE crash approaching - it's not them, they are well respected among the tweakers and tuners.

It did crash me again - mind you, I'm beta-testing a firewall!
