Is there a software that can take the music off a prerecorded cd and spilt it up into the different tracks? ie drums, vocals

That isn´t possible ..
Nope ...
Especially not if you are a normal home user ...
I will move this thread into the audio section ..
Maybe more people do have a suggestion

There is no way to do that... Because when CD is mastered all the tracks are combined in to one. After that it is impossible to separate the tracks. I've come across a proggie, that tries to take out the vocal parts of the song. They almost work, but there is always some parts left... It takes out some EQ-channels. You can try your self to do so by turning off some EQ-channels.
As kekke says, unfortunately it's not possible.
Depending on the song you could be more or less lucky to, for instance extract the voice.
