      how to put TEXT in EAC ??

      hi

      i am using EAC to make my Audio CD and i have Plextor 24x and it's support writing TEXT and i enabled the TEXT in the options but still there is no TEXT after burning the CD !!!

      are you reading the cd text burnt copy in your burner/compatible device !? some cd rom drives do not support reading of cd-text

      no ia mnot reading a CD i am only making Audio CD from WAV files and i have changed the Wav File to another name but after making the CD the track name still TRACK1, TRACK2, TRACK3 not what i have been changed.

      I think the only way to get CD-Text in EAC when assembling tracks, is to manually edit the cuesheet before burning

      eg.
      TRACK 01 AUDIO
      TITLE "Singin' The Blues"
      PERFORMER "Bix Beiderbecke"

      Insert Title and performer info (for EVERY track??) I thought PERFORMER was per CD, unless doing a compilation

      If you name the tracks for a CD and then rip it (complete) then they will be transferred to CD-Text entries in the cuesheet.
