help with sx1.02+Nuendo1.6?

Have installed Zone Sx +paradox nuendo to comp. running win98se..both crash with same problem-illegal action , excetional fault in Kernel32.dll. Am I p*ssing into the wind trying to run these progs on 98se, or is there a more specific prob someone can help with? any advice would be apreciated, cheers.

bin the paradox version, dl zone's nuendo. it's actually the retail setup file with a patch

Yeah you can bin the para**** stuff, about sx..mmhh I think it's for NT system only, but I read there's a way to run it on 98 too.
